[Graves Park, Sheffield]
You can’t visit Grave’s Park without visiting their herd of Highland Cattle. I still love the fact that they keep highland cattle. In my opinion “real coos”, even in the wilds of Yorkshire there is a hint of my Scottish surroundings.
The heat yesterday seemed to be taking its toll on the cows, as they were mostly all laying down taking in the rays. Although we were not convinced that some of them may not have been heavily pregnant, which may be another reason why they appeared so tired in the sun.
It’s so hairy! I’ve never seen a cow like this. Nice shots.

By the way, may I suggest adding a follow your blog widget to your blog? I can’t figure out how to follow it. There are two widgets…one for following by email and one for following via wordpress. I have them both on mine. It helps people to follow easily. 🙂
