On our recent trip back to Aberdeen to visit family and friends we took some time out to visit the Botanical Gardens at the University of Aberdeen’s Zoology campus; Cruickshank Botanic Garden. The gardens were in bloom with many different flowers and plants, their collection of Giant Thistles is what captured my attention.
