A brief change from my usual nature photography. A quick glimpse into the city at night.
There are moments in city nights when the world feels suspended. Caught between motion and quiet, colour and concrete.
I was drawn to the glow in the darkness of the night. Gradients of pink and violet, like a pulse running through the steel and glass. The lights creating an almost cinematic scene.
What I love most about this series of photographs is the tension between structure and atmosphere. The lines are clean, the architecture modern, but the colours introduce a kind of dream atmosphere. It’s a reminder that even the most ordinary urban corners can transform after dark, becoming stages for stories we haven’t written yet.
