






Summer is definitely my favourite season and although Autumn may be well have settled in here in the UK, I’m still hanging on to memories of summer. One memory of this summer are these beautiful Cosmos flowers, taken a couple of months ago now (September) on a visit to the cities botanical gardens.
They are beautiful and one of my favorites too. I didn’t buy any flowers to plant this year (because I was staying away from stores) but I grew some cosmos from seed and enjoyed watching them bloom. The flower and foliage are both delicate and beautiful. And the hummingbirds liked them too!

Lovely flower photos! Whenever I see cosmos now I’m transported back to North Korea, where the roads are lined with them (planted by the people to ensure that Kim Jong Un sees beauty wherever he travels in the country)
